About the Event

Manitobans are invited to come together on January 29 in remembrance and solidarity.

This gathering marks the National Day of Remembrance and Action Against Islamophobia, observed each year in Canada on the anniversary of the 2017 Quebec City mosque attack. It’s a moment to remember lives lost to hate and reflect on our shared role in standing against Islamophobia.

Together, we will honour the lives lost to hate in Canada, Gaza, and on Bondi Beach.

Program: 6:00–7:00 PM (Doors open at 5:00 PM)
