Training modules include: concepts & meanings of racism •religious bigotry •othering prejudice, discrimination, unconscious racism •subtle & overt racism• historical overview of colonialism & its impact• systemic racism• religious bigotry, religious profiling, islamophobia, anti-immigrant & supremacist groups •intersectionality of race, religion, gender, ethnicity, class, sexual orientation & culture• newcomers• diasporic stress, psychological impact of hate• interactive scenarios, case studies, self-awareness, organizational racism audit
