Palliative Care
for Muslims
ISSA offers support and education related to palliative care, with a focus on cultural and spiritual understanding during end-of-life care. Our training helps service providers, caregivers, and community members better respond to the needs of individuals and families with dignity, compassion, and respect.
If you are interested in palliative care training, please complete the Speaker Request Form to request a session or workshop for your organization or community.

Trauma
Informed Care
ISSA provides trauma-informed support services for individuals affected by hate, Islamophobia, and domestic violence. Our approach is grounded in care, safety, and cultural and spiritual understanding.
We also support Muslim women and families by connecting them with shelters and community resources, helping them access the right support in times of need. Our services aim to ensure safety, dignity, and culturally appropriate care for those experiencing harm or crisis.
